***IL-LEAP Conference Cancellation and Transfer Policy***

IL-LEAP approves cancellation/refund requests up to 60 calendar days prior to Day 1 (July 14, 2024) of the conference; a 50% administrative fee will be deducted from all conference refunds.  Refunds may be processed after the conclusion of the conference.  REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AFTER THE 60 DAY CUTOFF, JULY 14, 2024.  Attendees may transfer their registration fee to another conference attendee if unable to attend.  All cancellation / refund and transfer requests must be sent in writing: requests will not be accepted via phone.  Email: lgrubb@mountprospect.org
